Our Flex Vault provides a more innovative and diversified approach with the potential for higher returns by leveraging the opportunities offered by digital assets and our mining program (Cloud Mining).

Our Flex Vault allows you to generate gains with compounded annual rates of 5%* per year (6.5%* with our Ambassador program), surpassing the investment offerings from traditional finance.

Benefit from unmatched flexibility: deposit and withdraw your funds at any time**. Enjoy returns calculated and credited daily, 365 days a year. With the Flex Vault, your interest is automatically reinvested to maximize your daily gains.

• You have the choice: deposit in EURO or USDC.
• Once the deposit is made, the EURO or USDC are exchanged for different Tokens, the nature of which is determined by the type of investment compartment in the Flex Vault Allocation. In other words, you will receive in exchange for these EURO or USDC different Tokens related to the investment compartments recommended by the Flex Vault Allocation. This conversion is done via an OTC (Over the counter) mechanism.
• The Flex Vault Allocation is specified on the confirmation page of each deposit and can be consulted at any time in the "How it works" section of the application.
• The Flex Vault Allocation indicates the current distribution in a given Flex Vault of the deposit between (i) an EURO reserve, and various investment compartments related (ii) to Digital Assets, and (iii) to the Mining Program or Cloud Mining (**) as defined in article 4.2.8 of these T&Cs.
• Through this strategic allocation diversification, RAYN is able to offer a compounded rate of 5%* per year (6.5% with our Ambassador program).

** RAYN Cloud Mining Program

Through its subsidiaries, RAYN has established partnerships with industry professionals (notably Hearst and/or Bitmain) to offer bitcoin mining services (the "Cloud Mining Program") to its users. Bitcoin mining is a process that creates new bitcoins by using significant computing power to solve complex mathematical problems through a mechanism called proof of work (PoW). The Mining Program allows Flex Vault users to rent this computing power (hashrate) from mining machines owned by RAYN’s subsidiaries and operated by RAYN’s Partners ("Cloud Mining"). In return, users receive daily rewards in bitcoins, which are then converted into EURC by the relevant provider (the "Mining Rewards").

The protection of your funds is a priority for us. To ensure this security, our savings vaults leverage blockchain technology, offering a decentralized (on-chain) solution. This decentralization provides increased transparency for our users and enhanced resistance to fraud attempts.

Our Flex Vaults combine the simplicity and accessibility of centralized finance (CeFi) with the transparency and security of decentralized finance (DeFi). This hybrid model (CeDeFi) not only enables effective diversification of your investments but also ensures more secure and transparent management of your funds.

You can create up to 5 Flex Vaults!

Compound interest is calculated on both the initial capital amount and the accumulated returns on that same capital. In other words, compound interest is not only applied to the initial capital but also on the interest already credited. With Rayn, interest is accrued daily, allowing you to maximize your gains.

Your returns are credited daily! However, only the investment compartments actually held in your Flex Vault will be able to generate interest.

If you make a deposit into the Flex Vault, your returns will start being paid the next day. This allows us to collect your funds and invest them in the various allocations.

If you make your deposit after the daily interest payments have been triggered, the first payment will be made two days later. This is due to the time needed to collect and make your funds available.

You have the freedom to withdraw your funds at any time!

Two options are available to you:

• Withdraw in EURO;
• Withdraw in USDC (Circle).

Please note that transaction fees will apply if you choose to withdraw in USDC, depending on your subscription (more details on this page).

The average time for a deposit or withdrawal is between 10s and 1h.

There may be a delay between the time you make a deposit or withdrawal in EURO or USDC into a Flex Vault, and the receipt of the tokens representing your actual subscription to investment compartments, as described in the FAQ “How it works”.

You will be informed via push notification about the status of your deposit or withdrawal, especially if a part of the investment compartments could not be subscribed.
